OLG Bulletin

Our Group meets at 10 a.m. every Thursday morning at the Mary Agatha Furth Center next door to the church to print and fold the Bilingual bulletin for the following Sunday. Utilizing the Copy Room and Room Y, we print and fold 250-300 bulletins per week.

The masters are prepared on Microsoft Publisher using the information relayed from the Parish Office, the Mass intentions, weekly collection totals, letters from the Bishop, and any information forwarded from the various ministries relating to activities within the parish, the Mary Agatha Furth Center and several outside affiliated organizations. It usually involves 2 hours a week to do the master sheets. As of now there are 3 of us working on the bulletins but we are always looking for more hands to lighten the load. Everyone is welcome.
