Our Lady of Guadalupe...

"I am the ever-virgin Mary, Mother of the true God who gives life and maintains its existence. He creates all things. He is in all places. He is the God of Heaven and Earth.
I desire a church in this place where your people may experience my compassion.
All those who sincerely ask my help in their work and in their sorrows will know my Mother's Heart in this place. Here I will see their tears; I will console them and they will be at peace. Call me and call my image Santa Maria de Guadalupe."

Located in the courtyard at the Mary Agatha Furth Center, our shop carries bibles, books on our new Pope, Catholic books for children and teens. We have gifts for all occasions, including Advent and Christmas, Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. We stock a large selection of rosaries, crucifixes, medals, statues and all things essential to make your home reflect your Catholic faith in both English and Spanish. If you have something special in mind that we don't currently carry, perhaps we can find it for you. Leave your request with the clerk and we will try our best to locate and purchase your item for you. Feel free to come in a browse around the store. We are located next door to the church. Look for our signs.

We have had a question about possibly opening a "library or reading room" to share books. We used to have that! That is why the Father Angelito room had the title the Father Angelito library. Unfortunately, too few people used it. Even though we spent the time to catalog and set up a "borrow or honor" system - it ultimately did not work.
What is working though is when people donate their books and we sell them for $1.00 to our parish family! If you know of anyone who has religious books to donate let me know! Come and visit us!
